I find that anytime I say that I need to change my way of eating or that I'm going on a healthy diet that my friends always have a lot to say about it. Mostly being, "But you're skinny!" Okay, so being built small does not necessarily mean that my eating habits are the best or that I don't occasionally gain some unwanted weight. It also doesn't mean that I don't suffer from a lack of energy. I just received my doTERRA Family Physician Kit and it included Slim & Sassy. Now I am not looking to lose weight right now, but I am looking to curb those summer cravings coming on. You know, ice cream, pie, lots of BBQ. All the good stuff that I can gorge myself on and leave my body feeling like crud. Since my family is on a health food kick I decided that maybe this Slim & Sassy stuff really could work out.
I've been taking it daily for about a week now. I don't follow the recommended amount of 3 times a day because I don't want to curb my appetite that much, but I do take it first thing in the morning and if I am feeling like I just want to eat my whole afternoon away, I drink another glass. So far it seems like the one glass in the morning is doing the job! I feel energized and best of all, it doesn't taste gross. I've kind of played around with it a little and found that adding it to infused water really is great. I get a nice flavor and just knowing what I am putting in my body gives me peace of mind.
